When we talk about Utopian ideals, sometimes we think that it does not bring out anything good because it is difficult to achieve, if not impossible, hence the title "Utotpian". However, if you choose Utopian ideals as guiding principles for your company, something good may come out of it. Take for example the Olivetti corporate empire, now one of Italy's major IT companies, which was once a workshop-like place producing typewriters.
